Get lost

If you have ever been lost, you can understand your situation well.

I think we can find a way around that corner, but in most cases, it's getting farther and farther away from home.

Usually when you're lost, you're embarrassed, and more so in the case of a young child.

When anxiety and fear attack, they try to get out of this strange place.

What is the best solution when lost? To stop in its place, it is the same logic as to relax your body when you are drowning.

A person's body usually becomes stiff and stiff when he or she is nervous, and becomes stiff when he or she is sick and ill, just like when he or she becomes stiff when he or she dies.

So Zen is not rigid and forms any shape, it is always alive and moving, so it cannot be photographed.

Exercise cannot have a good effect when the body is stiff, so all athletes value relaxation, such as warm-up and stretching.

Anyone who likes martial arts knows this, but when they attack, they do not strike with a lot of force all over their body, but they quickly reach their fists and stop the movement at the moment they reach the apex.

When you stop, it becomes quiet. The intention of meditation is here as well. We are lost travelers and all have lost our way home or back to me.

If you're already anxious with a confused mind, it doesn't help at all to keep track of your memories any more. You have to stop as it is.

If you had a party or guardian, you would come to help you where you were lost, but if you go too far, there is no way if you go too far to find your way.

Even this is an example, but a man who is lost without water on a desert journey will be lost forever if he is not lucky to meet someone who knows his way well.

As I often mention, it's like waking up in a dream. There is nothing that anyone who sleeps should do to break his dream.

But it's best to stop doing what you're doing, because you're obsessed with it while you're doing something, and it's more and more into your dreams, more and more into the maze.

Zen has the word "door-less door." This word is the same as "pathless road."

The door is the door, but there is no door. Likewise, the road is the road, but there is no road there.

If you say this again, you are a man who finds the door again even though he has come into the door, and if you are already on the road, you will find your way out of the street.

To explain Zen is the most reckless thing in the world, but if you don't do this, you can't wake the sleeper, and you can't help the stray.

If your body and mind stop, your thoughts will naturally stop, and then you will see the way you came.

The end of every trip ends not in heaven nor in the palace of God, but in my house where I started my journey.

We're lost. Stop everything. Then the way will show up itself.
