“The Gak-seol(Beggar) is a begging song”... “The Gak-seol that came last year has not died and has come again.” If you are Korean, you have heard of a lot of Gak-seol's songs. However, you must have heard that Gak-seol song has this meaning without knowing in detail. Gak-seol's meaning is, Gak(覺) to be enlightened','Seol(說) is 'words',and 'e' is reason' (理)'. When this is interpreted, it means ‘a word that conveys reason of enlightenment.’ In a word, it means to inform the world's values ​​to the people who could not understand. It seems that the origin of this word is probably the Won-hyo Zen master of Korea(Silla).
