When I ask you to "show me what you got," it is not because I want to.

To show and break the truth of it so that you can get away from it.

But when you ask me to  "show me what you got," it's what you really want to.

Sorry to say that, but whatever you have also what I have, that is all useless.

If you feel uncomfortable for no reason in your daily life, you are lost in thought.  You can quickly see such uncomfortable thoughts, but good thoughts are not easily known because they are attached without knowing themselves.  So knowing that good thoughts are not different from bad ones is the way out of the long habit. It's a disease that comes to mind for no reason, and the moment you perceive it as a disease yourself, a good habit of letting go of the thought itself without being dragged into the content of the idea will naturally arise. But literally old habits have been built up for almost a lifetime, so it takes your constant effort to some point...
