Snowman

After winter comes and snows every year, there is a snowman made by someone the next day. 

We give him affection throughout the winter, spend Christmas together, and when the season changes and warms up, we leave with sadness, but we meet again the next year.


We come and go as the seasons change, but someday when everything in the world melts without me knowing and wakes up completely from the long sleep of winter and doesn't fall asleep again, everything will always remain the same.

Now with the suffering gone, life is much more easy going and I may easy delude myself. With kind regards, Answer: It's simple. If you feel uncomfortable for no reason in your daily life, you are lost in thought.  You can quickly see such uncomfortable thoughts, but good thoughts are not easily known because they are attached without knowing themselves.  So knowing that good thoughts are not different from bad ones is the way out of the long habit. It's a disease that comes to mind for no reason, and the moment you perceive it as a disease yourself, a good habit of letting go of the thought itself without being dragged into the content of the idea will naturally arise. But literally old habits have been built up for almost a lifetime, so it takes your constant effort to some point...
