Finding the true me doesn't need any method or practice.You can find anything other than me, but the word "finding I" doesn't make sense.

Because you can't see your eyes with the eyes you're looking at, and you can't hold your right hand with your right hand, you can't never find thing like this in the world, and you can't hold it, but it's always used.

Many people in the world try to understand this, even teach it, but it's something that we can't understand or teach, so Seon master is helping them realize in the way of Seon (Zen in Korean), who directly points to the mind and checks themselves at unexpected moments.

There may be individual differences in identifying the truth, but if you keep an eye on what Seon master's point at without any effort or thoughts, you will experience that what you have been looking for for a long time has already been in front of you.

One thing to note is that I'm not talking, and my words are nothing more than wake-up alarm.

The purpose of the alarm is only to wake up.
